Tony Beere

I’m a full stack software engineer who loves working with a team and embracing challenges.

I am proficient with JavaScript, React, Ruby, and PostgreSQL and am comfortable with Go, Docker and AWS. I recently built Kuri, an open-source Dead-Letter Queue-as-a-Service for distributed applications deployed on an AWS infrastructure.

kuri's Architecture

Kuri is an open-source Dead-Letter Queue-as-a-Service for distributed applications deployed on an AWS infrastructure.

Kuri integrates with an applications message queue and provides developers with a dashboard to allow interaction with failed messages. Kuri can also provide realtime Slack notifications of dead-lettered messages.

To learn about the engineering problems Kuri addresses, how it works, and the key engineering decisions and tradeoffs made while designing and building Kuri, watch our presentation or click the button below!
